Bake My Day is a bakery and cafe that is founded upon the ideal that delicious, wholesome food should be available to everyone, no matter their dietary restriction. Our owner and founder, McKenna Fosdick, has been gluten-free her enire life due to a medical issue. She knows firsthand how limiting being gluten and/or wheat free can be and has taken it upon herself to create a worry free environment for herself and others. Thus, Bake My Day was born.
The focus of Bake My Day bakery & cafe is to create not only a worry free meal, but a delicious one as well. In collaboration with top pastry chef, Jessica Nguyen, and world renowned restaurant chef Vanessa Freeman we have created a variety of delicious baked goods, whole-some lunch & dinner specials, and gourmet coffees & teas that are all entirely gluten and wheat free.
