About Pike Place Bistro
In the fall of 2008, two friends were walking through Seattle’s famous Pike Place Market in search for a gluten and wheat free cafe. But in vain, they did not encounter one. With their past experience of working in cafes and graduating from Harvard Business School, these two friends, Aleksandra Swiatek and Raveena Nair decided to open a gluten and wheat free, bakery and restaurant named Pike Place Bistro, in the heart of Seattle’s famous Pike Place Market.

The Pike Place Bistro opened its doors for the first time on January 1, 2009, with more than 200 customers coming in to dine. With top renowned chefs, their restaurant was named Pike Place Bistro, Seattle’s finest gluten and wheat free Bakery and Restaurant.
