Our mission at Pike Place Bistro is to be able to serve you delicious and quality gluten and wheat free food every day. In order to do this, the ingredients that we put into our food and recipes must be the best of the best. We only use local products, meaning that all produce is grown in Washington State and that all fish and meat is bought directly from the farmer/fisher, no middleman in between.
