Imagine sending your child to school without a coat in the winter frost, or not being able to provide your infant with fresh diapers. Eastside Baby Corner helps families by relieving the stress of wondering whether they can afford basic necessities. Each week, dozens of volunteers turn what you donate into customized orders of food, clothing, strollers, diapers, beds and other goods for low-income and homeless children living in our community.Their mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families in need by collecting and distributing necessities through various agencies. Eastside Baby Corner provides hope for struggling families with children.
Hundreds of students participate in the collection and distribution of these items annually. The next opportunity to volunteer at E.B.C. will occur in May. If you have a couple hours to spare, we urge you to come and donate your time to a great cause.
