High School baseball is an excellent opportunity for students to take part in America's sport. They have the chance to practice after school and play against other high schools as they learn and improve on how to play baseball, whether they are just starting or have been playing for years.

Fastpitch, or Softball, is a quickly growing sport in America, with many girls wanting to partake in an experience similar to baseball. Any girl from grades 9 to 12 can join one of three softball teams: Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Sophomore Team, with a large emphasis being placed on fun on all of the teams.
Game of the Week: Garfield High School at Redmond High School

High school soccer is an excellent opportunity for soccer players, new and experienced, to represent their high school on the field. Player's practice after school on weekdays, with two games per week, so this is a seasonal commitment. The kids have the chance to compete with other high schools around the state, which increases the level of competition as compared to the local youth soccer, which only play against the regional teams. There are three teams in high school soccer: Varsity, Junior Varsity and Sophomore team.

Track and Field is one of the most popular High Schools sports simply because of the plethora of options that one can participate in while on the Track and Field Team. From the 100 meter dash to the mile to pole vaulting, there are options for any level of athlete, making track and field the most ideal sport to join.
