Another volunteering opportunity in the community is the preparation and serving of nutritious, hot meals to the residents of the local Tent City. These meals are prepared by volunteers daily. On average, 5 to 10 people are needed every night to assist the program coordinators in the distribution of food; however, the more people, the better. The Tent City locations often vary across the greater Seattle area. Be sure to stay updated on the nearest Tent City locations.
